Initial-release version. Published 22 October 2026; applies when expressly accepted. Earlier version 1.0 and recorded acceptances remain unchanged.

1. Operator and contact

SHIDA is operated by Francis Mabala Lemoya, acting personally from Sweden under the NIHILOBA brand. Francis Mabala Lemoya is your contracting party for the SHIDA service. NIHILOBA is not an incorporated company, and the operator is not yet registered as a Swedish sole trader.

Service and privacy contact: contact@nihiloba.com; Hallonbergsvägen 2A, 17453 Sundbyberg, Sweden.

2. Scope and eligibility

These terms cover the SHIDA website and its connected WhatsApp service. Public discovery can be used without an account. Protected activities require a Personal account; authorized Organization activities also require the relevant Business permissions and Business Terms.

Registration is for adults aged 18 or over, for activities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Personal and Business registration are available; no SHIDA platform charges or private student-record service are included. Do not submit information about children or actual students through this initial-release service. Public information about a school does not authorize student-record processing.

3. What SHIDA provides

SHIDA enables discovery and, where an available feature supports it, publication of listings, job applications, orders, service requests, booking or visit requests, associated communications and management of those activities. A request is not necessarily an accepted booking, employment offer or completed sale: follow the status and confirmation shown for that activity.

The initial platform service is free of SHIDA platform charges. Goods, accommodation, transport, restaurant orders and services offered by other users may have their own prices. Your internet, telephone or messaging provider may charge you. No paid SHIDA subscription, payment collection service or private education/student-management service is included in this initial release. Future services require their own readiness checks and clear terms before use; these terms do not subscribe you to them.

4. Accounts and WhatsApp verification

Provide accurate information, use a telephone number you control and keep your account details up to date. A Personal account identifies a person; using it for an activity you run alone does not create a separate legal entity. Do not impersonate someone, share verification codes or use another person's access.

Web verification opens a prepared message addressed to SHIDA in WhatsApp. You must send it. Where the verification flow returns a code, enter it only on the originating SHIDA page. Opening WhatsApp or sending the initial message alone does not complete web sign-in or registration. Account creation is completed through SHIDA's shared onboarding process, including the applicable legal acceptance and required information.

Notify contact@nihiloba.com promptly if you lose your number or suspect unauthorized access. We may request proportionate verification before changing access or acting on an account. Signing in or following a dashboard link does not grant Organization management rights.

5. Marketplace relationships

The identified seller, provider, employer, landlord, hotel, restaurant or other listing publisher is responsible for its offer and its obligations to you. Unless expressly identified as the supplier in a specific transaction, the SHIDA operator provides the platform and is not the supplier or employer. This distinction does not remove the operator's own legal responsibilities.

Before agreeing, check the counterparty's identity, description, total price and currency, availability, delivery or performance arrangements, cancellation/refund terms and any required qualifications. Publishers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable consumer, employment, housing, safety, tax and professional rules. A listing, activity count, review or technical verification is not a guarantee of legitimacy, quality, payment or employment.

A record of cash, mobile-money or card payment entered by a user is not proof that SHIDA processed or guaranteed that payment. Do not send money merely because someone claims to represent SHIDA.

6. Responsible use

Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening or misleading content; offer prohibited goods or services; infringe another person's rights; collect information without authority; or interfere with the service or its security. Do not expose private contact details, identity documents, sensitive information or third-party information in public listings. Use only information reasonably necessary for the activity.

Do not use SHIDA for unsolicited marketing, scraping of personal profiles or attempts to bypass account and Organization permissions. Report suspected fraud or harmful content using contact@nihiloba.com.

7. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the operator to store, reproduce, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the feature you choose, protect the service and comply with applicable law. Public listings are visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines or copied by others. Private submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not licensed for unrelated promotion.

You must have the rights and authority needed to submit content. Removing content from SHIDA cannot by itself remove copies independently made by other people or search engines. Retention of remaining records follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Moderation and review

We may review reports and restrict content, listings or account access where necessary to address unlawful content, abuse, security threats, violations of these terms or a binding legal requirement. Measures should reflect the seriousness and context of the issue. Urgent protective action may precede contact with the user.

To report a problem, email contact@nihiloba.com with the relevant listing or activity reference, the issue and supporting information you can lawfully share. Do not include passwords or verification codes. You may also use that address to request a human review of a moderation decision and provide corrections. We will explain the reason and available review route where permitted by law and compatible with the investigation and others' rights. Francis Mabala Lemoya handles reports and review requests through the contact above.

9. Privacy and communications

The separate Privacy Policy explains personal-data use, recipients, retention and rights. Acknowledging that policy is not blanket consent to advertising, optional tracking or every processing operation. Any required consent must be requested separately and specifically. Service messages concern verification or your requested activity; optional marketing requires its own lawful basis and applicable choice.

10. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to operate and protect SHIDA, but outages, maintenance and third-party interruptions can occur. Contact us when a service problem affects an activity. SHIDA is not an emergency service.

Each party remains responsible as provided by applicable law. These terms do not impose an invented financial liability cap, waive statutory consumer remedies, require you to indemnify the operator for all claims or exclude responsibility that the law does not permit to be excluded.

11. Leaving SHIDA

You may stop using the service and request account closure or exercise data rights through contact@nihiloba.com and available account controls. Closure does not automatically cancel an outstanding contract with another user or remove records that must lawfully be retained. We will explain any necessary retention or unresolved Organization handover rather than treating it as a blanket refusal of your rights. Access restrictions and termination remain subject to applicable law and the review process above.

12. Problems and disputes

For an offer or transaction problem, contact the relevant counterparty and keep the activity reference. Contact the operator for platform problems or suspected misuse. We can review platform issues but do not promise to adjudicate every private transaction or recover money.

You retain the right to contact competent authorities, use applicable consumer remedies and bring proceedings before a competent court. These terms choose no exclusive court, governing law or mandatory arbitration arrangement. Mandatory protections under applicable law continue to apply.

13. Changes and versions

The version and effective date of approved terms will be displayed before acceptance. We will explain material changes and provide the notice, durable communication, acceptance opportunity and termination rights required by applicable law. Changes may be proposed to reflect a legal requirement or competent authority decision, a change in an enabled service, or a necessary security or operational adjustment, subject to applicable law. Where Article 34 of the DRC Code applies, its rules must be followed, including at least 30 working days of advance notice and the stated 60-working-day period concerning effect and termination without a termination penalty for users who have not expressly accepted. The notice must explain the applicable timetable and rights. Changes do not retrospectively rewrite recorded acceptances or completed transactions.

French and English versions are intended to have the same meaning; neither is given automatic precedence. Report an inconsistency to contact@nihiloba.com so it can be corrected transparently in a subsequent version. These documents are not represented as Lingala or Swahili translations.
